A good piano is worth a journey, and a steady stream of our customers prove it: we regularly welcome visitors from London, Guildford, Woking, Farnham and right across Surrey, Berkshire, Buckinghamshire and the home counties. Some come because a particular instrument on our website caught their eye. Most come because they have discovered that a large showroom outside the city offers more choice, and often gentler prices, than anything nearer home.

Getting here

We are in Faringdon, Oxfordshire, on the A420 between Oxford and Swindon. From London and the M25 most visitors take the M4 to junction 15 or the M40 towards Oxford, then the A420; allow around an hour and a half. From Guildford and central Surrey it is a similar run via the A331 and M4 or across to the A34. Coming by train, Didcot Parkway and Swindon are both on the fast line from Paddington and both are a short taxi ride from the showroom; tell us your train time and we will make sure someone is expecting you.

Make the trip count

Email us before you set out and describe what you are looking for, including budget, the music you play and the room the piano will live in. We will line up everything relevant so your visit is spent playing pianos rather than hunting for them. Bring your sheet music and allow a couple of hours; choosing between instruments side by side is the whole point of coming.

If you cannot get here at all

Distance need not decide it. We will send photographs, honest condition notes and a video of any piano being played, and we deliver nationwide through specialist piano couriers, fully insured, from Surrey cul de sacs to Scottish farmhouses. Plenty of pianos have left our showroom for homes we have never seen, owned by customers we first met by email.
